Vision

Edavaka Grama Panchayat aims to transform the Panchayat Office into a people-friendly institution by implementing a comprehensive Quality Management System, periodically reviewing quality objectives, and ensuring transparent, timely, and efficient delivery of public services and development projects. Through this approach, the Panchayat seeks to achieve complete public satisfaction and ensure the overall progress and sustainable development of the Panchayat.

The Panchayat is committed to implementing comprehensive projects and delivering various government services envisioned by the people and approved by the governing body, with a focus on social welfare, public health, quality education, and sustainable development. The administration and staff work together responsibly and transparently to ensure that all services outlined in the Citizen’s Charter are delivered effectively and on time. By maintaining a citizen-friendly approach and efficient service delivery, the Panchayat continuously strives to improve public satisfaction and ensure the holistic development of Edavaka Grama Panchayat.


Mission

To enhance the efficiency and transparency of Edavaka Grama Panchayat, we are committed to achieving the following five key objectives within the stipulated time frame:

1. 100% Revenue Collection (100% Tax & Fee Collection)

Ensure the complete and timely collection of all taxes and own-source revenues to facilitate smooth implementation of development activities within the Panchayat.

2. Timely Execution of Development Projects

Complete all social welfare, infrastructure, and development projects approved by the governing body within the prescribed time period while maintaining high quality standards.

3. Strict Adherence to the Citizen’s Charter

Ensure that all certificates and public services mentioned in the Citizen’s Charter are delivered within the officially prescribed time limits.

4. Grievance Redressal within 3 Days

Give utmost priority to all complaints and grievances submitted by the public and provide permanent solutions within a maximum of three working days.

5. 100% Citizen Satisfaction

Ensure complete satisfaction for all citizens and beneficiaries approaching the Panchayat Office by providing transparent, efficient, and citizen-friendly services.
