📌 Recommended Order for Submitting Complaints
📌 First Stage
Panchayat Level
Panchayat Secretary / President / Grievance Redressal Committee
For local disputes and delays in applications, first submit a complaint directly to these authorities and seek a resolution.
📌 Second Stage
District Level
Joint Director / Deputy Director (LSGD)
If the issue is not resolved at the Panchayat level, a complaint can be submitted to the Joint Director or Deputy Director, who is the district-level authority.
📌 Third Stage
Legal Level
Ombudsman / Tribunal
If officials deliberately violate the law, engage in corruption, or deny eligible services, these legal bodies can be approached.
Important Points When Submitting Complaints
Clearly including the details of the complaint, relevant documents, application number / file number, and date will help the complaint to be considered more quickly.
