Grama Sabha consists of all persons whose names are included in the electoral roll of a village within the territorial area of a Grama Panchayat.
👥 Members
A voter in a ward is a member of the Grama Sabha / Ward Sabha of that ward.
🧑💼 Convenor
Ward members and ward councillors are the convenors of their respective Sabhas.
⚖️ Quorum
The quorum is 10% of the total voters. For a reconvened meeting, a minimum of 50 persons is sufficient.
